Tips to Make Eating More Interesting
When you enjoy your food, your mind will know. When you eat as per the diet, again your mind will know that you are having restricted food. Similarly when you eat healthy, your mind will know. But then, how to escape from reasoning out why you eat? Basically, eating is about the mindset.Here are some ideas about how to make eating more interesting.Firstly, amend your habits.
The next step is, to have more of foods that are raw. And finally, take some time and think why and how you eat, because sometimes we take certain things for granted. Like, we just decide something will not suit our lifestyle and leave it.
These days, lunch time meal is just taken for mere survival. We do not even think if the food we have consumed is enough to keep us healthy and strong. Sometimes we are so busy that we do not even sit down to have our meal.
We just stand and gulp down the food. We also have junk food in between, so we hardly feel hungry. So primarily you have to change what you eat.
Consume raw food. Vegetables and fruits are very good for the health. They actually help to give a lot of energy. I used to sleep in the noon after the meal. That is because of the type of food I had.
I used to feel so sleepy that I used to wait to get back home. So that is when I decided to change to raw and fresh food.
For a lot of years, I have wondered why afternoons are lengthy and very boring. I also figured out, I am not the only one who feels that way and there are a lot of people who think like me.
Then I realized it was because I just didn’t have any energy that is needed for that day. This is when I shifted to fresh and raw food.
Take some time and think why you are eating. No one has time to think why they eat. Look at lunch time as fun time. In essence, have a positive outlook and eat well to stay healthy and energetic.

I agree that it is important to keep eating healthy interesting. YOu can’t eat the same thing – like plain raw vegetables every day. Mix it up. Vary the fruits and veggies you eat and how you eat them.
Add in some different things like seed/nut cheeses on some sprouted grain breads and add in some veggies with it.
Keeping it interesting will help you stick with it.
