Tips To Improve Your Fitness Results

Not satisfied with your workout result at the gym? Feel that something is missing even though you are working hard and eating the proper balance diet. Need a dramatic improvement?  To be honest you do not need to do much to achieve that dramatic result.

So are you ready for the shock? All you need are two things to achieve a dramatic change. Here it goes – all you need is pencil and a paper.

You must be thinking that I am joking right? Not at all. Let me tell you how it works. A human body is adaptable. It will adapt any kind of change so that the body can meet the challenges of day to day life. For example if you go for jogging in the morning and run 2 miles everyday and never go further, then your body will make you fit to run that distance only.

Now that we know how easily our body adapts to things, now the question is what is the task of a paper and a pencil? The answer is simple; all you have to do is keep record. When it comes to losing weight, you have to improve every week or month. You have to increase the time of your work out and at the same time keep record of how much weight you have lost. This will show you how much you have progressed and make you feel good about yourself. And tracking will also help you to decide how much workout you need.

The second task is to keep a record of what you eat everyday. This list must include the amount of calorie, fat, protein and carbohydrate intake. This record will help you to analyze your diet and decide which ingredient you should have more and which one less. If you wish to lose weight, then calculate the amount of calorie you were having before and subtract a substantial amount for that amount and take that much of calorie only.
