Tips To Eat Without Getting Fat
Love to eat? Lost the touch with your hunger signals? Well here are some simple tips that will help you listen to those signals once again. These tips are really effective.
First of all eat slowly. Do not rush with when it comes to having a meal. If you eat too fast then you will be done with your meal and will not be able to realise if you are full or not. Then you might feel that you are still hungry and might end up over eating.
It is better that you eat more often. I know you are thinking that eating more often means over eating and the end result is being over weight. But it is just the contrary. If you eat less frequently then you will over eat. But having small amount frequently will keep you full and thus you will eat less.
Before you eat, make sure you are careful about the amount you take in your plate. If there is more food, there is every possibility that you will eat more. It is better to start with less quantity of food. After the first serving, you will take the time to think if you really need the second helping or not.
Once you are done, tale off the left over or the extra food off the table. Once the food is in front of you, you would want to eat more. So it is better to keep them away. And after all, out of sight, out of mind.
Never eat the snack from the bag or container. Take a small amount in a plate and put away the rest of the food. In this way you will only have the food that is in your plate. And if you eat from the container, that will tempt you to eat more. So better avoid being tempted by those yummy looking snacks, as they are not just filling your tummy, but also adding those unwanted extra pounds to your body.
Strange but true, your clothes can help you listen to your hunger signals. The fitting waistbands will always remind you to be more careful about the amount you are eating.
