Tips on Effective Dieting
Dieting is carried out to lose some extra weight of body .There are several myths related to dieting like it is the only way to reduce weight, if you are under this impression than you are incorrect ,it might help you losing weight but not only dieting will help ,you need to combine exercise with dieting.
There are some tips on effective dieting like: One should not starve while dieting, it not only aggravates acidity in your body , but makes you eat more as after long starving hours you tend to eat more .Dieting is only short term and temporary solution. Some people tend to gain some more extra kilos after dieting ,because during dieting , body goes into starvation mode and body metabolism slows down, for this reason, once the diet plans ends ,you are bound to put on more weight.
The best tips on effective dieting are like one should drink lots of water, it not only makes you feel full, but flushes out toxins out of your body. Sometimes we get hunger signals, but these are actually thirst signals, so try to drink water first.
One must increase the intake of fibrous foods, they are low in calorie and they tend to keep you full, also they help in improving the bowel movement of your body. Increase the intake of fruits and vegetables as they provide the body with rich vitamins and minerals. Vegetarian diet is the best diet as it keeps you away from all types of diseases and is low in fat and cholesterol. Include olive oil for cooking, instead of other oils; olive oil is low in fat and cholesterol.
Including nuts in your diet is very effective as they provide you with extra oils and they give instant energy to your body. But dry fruit intake must be limited as they are result in weight gain if taken in large quantities.
