Think Positive A Pre-requisite To Good Health

Do you remember one famous philosopher called Rene Descartes saying- “I think therefore I am.” He had tried to prove self’s existence with the help of human being’s ability to think. By quoting Descartes, I just want to convey the message that thinking process has great importance and capability in life.

It is not me; even the medical science agrees that thinking process is directly related with our well being. Yes, positive thinking can bring a lot of difference in your life and health. It has been proved that positive thinking can increase the longevity of the concerned person while keeping him happy and healthy in everyday life.

Before proceeding further on positive thinking, let’s admit one truth that everyone has their share of responsibilities to deliver. During this process, most of us feel frustrated, angry or depressed at some points of our life. However, many easily overcome such anxieties in life, where as some other start sinking more and more in their problems and finally end up facing dreadful consequences.

Tips on how to think positive

If you are feeling frustrated or depressed then don’t keep quiet and ignore it. Rather, I suggest you to try to understand the root cause of negative feeling and then discuss with someone, who you feel free to talk. Simply don’t blame yourself, but love yourself while trying to understand the situation.

Once in a week or two weeks or a month, never forget to pamper yourself. Go to a good spa for a complete massage or go to a good restaurant for dinner or do whatever your heart wants to do. By doing this, you will feel nice about yourself and far from negative thoughts.

When you are talking with your friends or colleagues or family members, do some constructive talks rather than indulging in back biting or any other sort of negative talks. Most importantly, stop talking negative things about yourself as well.
