Things To Know About Detoxification Of Body
Detoxification of body is a significant aspect of staying healthy and fit. Sometimes, detoxification refers to getting rid of hangover due to alcohol, drug and any other similar substance.
However, here I will talk about detoxification in terms of daily dieting, which can assure you to detoxify your body. Yes, it is not necessary that our body needs detoxification only when we consume some specific substance like alcohol or drugs. Rather, we should detoxify the body everyday to live a healthy life.
These days, the atmosphere we live in is highly polluted in terms of the air we area inhaling, the food we are eating, the water we are consuming. Due to heavy industrialization, we cannot avoid these factors. However, we can do something to rectify the negative impact of these pollutants on our body.
Detoxification can be categorized as short term detoxing and long-term detoxing. When its about short term detoxing you can adopt the methods like keeping fast with consumption of juice only, colon cleansing, safe mercury removal, intravenous injection or heavy metal removal.
If you are looking for a long-term detoxing method then you have to bring some changes the way you live your life. It is not limited to a certain aspect; rather you need to take into account the whole aspects of your life.
Try to include less amount of meat in your daily diet with high quantity of healthy fluids. Regular exercise is a must till you start sweating. Apart from that, once in fortnight give your body a massage. Apart from this, try to take a hot water bath once in a week by adding some Epsom salt into it.
When you are drinking any kind of soft drink, replace it with fresh lemon water. Lemons are great in cleansing your body, as they contain acetic acid. Likewise, add apple into your diet.
