Vitamin B Complex:

Vitamin B is instilled in the sources like, thiamin, niacin, riboflavin, pyridoxine, biotin and folic acid. When these kinds of vitamins are taken together, they create a vast amount of energy as they facilitate the body’s use of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats.

Alpha Lipoid Acid:

Last but not least, Alpha Lipoid Acid should be taken in small quantities, about 200 mg a day.

It is easy to consume and is mainly used to increase the lifespan. It prevents cell damage throughout the body. It is also useful in restoring, repairing, and reducing damage to the collagen in the skin.  This makes one look younger.
