The Seven-Day Diet

If you think with sensibility that the Seven-Day Diet is a fad that continues to be popular for some immediate results in spite of being extremely unbalanced. Seven-Day Diet is a 7-day plan of eatables consumption. It stresses on a different food combination each day of a weak. The origin of this diet is still not known. This 7-Day Diet Plan is actually a ludicrous plan. It may appear as a feasible option for weight loss. But it is very unbalanced and very low in calories. So, best thing is to avoid such plans and rely on some harmless permanent options of weight loss. It is recommended to be followed like this:

The first day of the plan: Monday should include as much fruit and juices as you can. But the bananas should not be eaten at all.

The second day of the plan: Tuesday should include all of the vegetables that can be eaten. The vegetable soup should also be consumed as much as possible.

The third day of the plan: Wednesday is a combination of Monday and Tuesday i.e. fruit excluding bananas, juices, vegetables, vegetable soups.

The fourth day of the plan: Thursday includes consumption of 5 bananas combined with 5 glasses of whole milk. There are some versions, which recommend 8 bananas and 4 glasses of milk.

The fifth day of the plan: Friday comprises of 4 steaks of meat which may include 3 ounces each of beef, chicken, fish with unrestricted green vegetables.

The sixth day of the plan:
Saturday says, eat 4 steaks of meat, which may include 3 ounces each of beef, chicken, fish with unrestricted green vegetables.

The seventh day of the plan: Sunday also comprises of 4 steaks of meat including 3 ounces each of beef, chicken, fish with limitless green vegetables.
