If you have already tried some diets and found they didn’t work for you, you might want to consider something called the Bigger Loser Diet. What is the Bigger Loser Diet? The Bigger Loser Diet is touted as being a fat-reducing, calorie-controlled, and carbohydrate-modified diet. The reason your body will shed weight while you are on the Bigger Loser Diet is because it has to burn the surplus fat it has stored in your fatty cells for energy. The reason you will like the Bigger Loser Diet is because you are able to eat a wide variety of foods and will still lose weight.
Bigger Loser Foods
The biggest restriction to the Bigger Loser Diet is that your can only eat all-natural foods. That means you will have to give up anything that has preservatives, artificial coloring, or artificial flavoring added to it. When you are grocery shopping, nutritionists will tell you to only buy your food on the perimeter of the grocery store and to avoid the center aisles.
The creators of the Bigger Loser Diet also suggest that, in addition to all-natural foods, you should also eat foods that are high in fiber. Foods that are high in fiber usually make you feel full faster than foods that don’t have a high fiber content. You should also eat low-fat dairy products that are high in protein while you are on the Bigger Loser Diet.
Bigger Loser Equation
To make it easier on you, the creators of the Bigger Loser Diet have created an equation so that you know how many calories you can eat and still lose weight. The equation is to take your weight and multiply it by seven; the number you get will be the maximum number of calories you can consume. Because you should constantly be losing weight, you will have to recalculate the amount of calories you can eat once or twice a week.
Get Some Exercise
To maximize the effects of the Bigger Loser Diet, you should set up a daily exercise routine. The more energy you use the more fat your body will burn and the more weight you will lose. You don’t have to do a lot of exercise; just a walk around the block will help.
