Teenagers Exercises

In America most of the teenagers are caused by obesity. Everybody wants to look good and beautiful. Kids who stepped into teenage having conditions about beauty and health together and if you are a teenager and you are wandering which exercise is best for you because you want to look good as well as healthy. Read the following teenagers’ exercises and gets the health benefits from it.

1. Strength Training- Strength training includes the weight lifting or your own body weight to increase muscle strength. Whenever you start new weight program avoid lifting weight, or heavy weight. Heavy weight may cause injuries. Even in starting stage you should workout under the observation of a trainer or coach. If you don’t you must either hurt yourself or waste your time

2. Aerobics- Aerobics is best exercise for teenagers. Aerobics is associated with physical activities. You can also include football, Tennis etc. Walking, jogging, running and swimming are some of the effective aerobic exercises. Remember to always warm up before, and warm down after any form of exercise.

3. Energy- More exercises you do more energy you will able to have in near future. Exercises help your body to kick into overdrive after you perform long exercise. After practicing for a long time you will able to get more energy in yourself.

4. Be Active- Teens faces many new social and academic pressures in addition to dealing with emotional and physical changes. Many researches conclude that children spend most of their time in staying at home as watching T.V and working on computers. Teens don’t have time o do exercises and thus they are facing many problems regarding health.
