Teenager fitness is becoming major concern for people thesedays.Mordern trends are spoiling teenager fitness. Consumption of alcohol, junkfood and smoking are very hazardous for teenagers. Teenage is growing age for children, many body and hormonal changes take places in boy and girls.
For teenage children it is not necessary to eat like a monster and workout like a robot. It is important to eat right and healthy food .One should not eat lot of food in one time, the better way is to divide small portions of meals and have them at smaller intervals.
Teenager fitness includes a wide range of new and exciting techniques that help teens to stay in healthy and in perfect shape. The most important factor in teen fitness is to eat healthy, proper exercise and adequate sleep.
Teenagers must follow healthy diet plan, they should includes fresh fruits and vegetables in their meals, as fruits and vegetables are the most important sources of vitamins, minerals and proteins. Intake of dairy products must also be increased. Sugary stuff like chocolates, ice creams biscuits, cakes must be avoided, they can result in weight increase and tooth decay. Also one must not indulge into smoking and alcohol, as they can have negative effects on health.
Teenagers must follow the routine of regular workouts and exersice,it is very good to take up an sport activity like Lawn Tennis,Swimming,Squash,Football,Basketball.These not only burn calories , but also refresh your mood. It might become boring to do normal exercises daily, but if you indulge yourself into these sports they will keep you interested in exercises.
Also teenagers must maintain proper sleeping schedules; one must avoid the use of tea and coffee. Bed hygiene must be maintained. Teenagers often neglect nail hygiene, but they must focus on nail care. Dirty nails can cause bacterial and fungal infections. It is not neceaasry to go for an expensive manicure, but regular trimming and filing of nails can be very useful in maintaining nail hygiene.
