agingprematureWhen I turned twenty-five years old, I noticed that I was always tired and got sick easily. I went to see a variety of doctors to figure out why at this young age I was feeling so ill. It was suggested that I follow an alkaline diet plan to restore my health and energy.

At my young age, I was going through premature aging! I found out from my visits to the doctor that the reason I was aging prematurely was because my body had too much acid. This was the result of having a diet that was full of acidic foods and lacking in alkaline foods.

Here are some signs that you are aging prematurely:

1.  Weakness and Fatigue

People who age prematurely will feel weaker and unusually tired. This can be caused by too much acid in the body and an unhealthy lifestyle. Poor health habits such as excessive alcohol consumption and smoking can lead to premature aging which will result in fatigue and illness.

2.  Body Aches

If you are prematurely aging, you may experience some aches and pains in your body. These pains are typically found in our joints. This will let you know that there is something wrong. You may have an imbalance in your body’s pH level.

If there is an imbalance in your pH, it affects the cells in your body and causes then to function incorrectly. Your cells require nutrients in order to give you energy.

If your cells are not healthy, then this can affect your organs. If the pains are continuous, you may want to inquire if you are suffering from arthritis.

3.  Emotional Problems.

People with high levels of acid in their body may suffer from emotional problems such as depression. If you don’t eat healthy foods, your mind and body will not be healthy.

Following an alkaline diet program will help keep your mind and body in good health. It is also important to exercise regularly. The combination of alkaline foods and exercise will help deliver oxygen to your brain.

Foods that are high in acids make it harder for our blood to pass oxygen through the body.

Acidic foods cause red blood cells to group together, which makes it harder for the red blood cells to flow through the bloodstream. Therefore, our body is unable to get adequate amounts of nutrients and oxygen.

If you are experiencing any of these symptoms you may want to consider trying an alkaline diet.
