Symptoms Of Athlete’s Foot

Athlete’s foot is a skin infection caused by fungus on foot. The fungus that is responsible for the cause named trichophyton. When specific area of foot feels warm, itching and some kind of infection it is a clear indication of athlete’s foot. The fungus damages the upper layer of the skin.
Athlete’s foot symptoms vary from person to person. Although some patients feel no symptoms rather other causes high discomfort. The signs and symptoms of athlete’s foot can be numerous, although you probably won’t have all of them. Some of the common symptoms of athlete’s foot are mentioned below:

• Scaling and peeling in toe webs and caused area don’t show any indication of pain.
• Infection may affects heals of feet and appears redness, blistering and swallow on the affected area as sides and soles of feet.
• This condition can lead to a secondary bacterial infection. It’s possible for the fungus to set off a reaction that results in tissue breakdown — soggy skin and eroded areas between the toes.
• In advanced class, the toe webs become whitened, softened and soggy. This may cause itching several times and there may be a foul odor.
• If the condition reaches to worst point it results to painful cracking in the toe webs.
• Athlete’s foot sometimes come with onychomycosis, this is a fungal infection in toenails.
• Usual cause of athlete’s foot is a more superficial infection than the more stubborn and deep seated nail infection.
• If the fungus enters your nails they become discolored, thick and even crumbled.
• Toenail infections result in scaling, crumbling and thickening of the nails and even nail loss.
• Itching, burning and stinging between your toes, especially last two toes.
• Excessive dryness especially to the side of feet.
• Bumps appear on the feet.
• In some cases after nail infection, its partials enters the blood stream and that results to allergic infection causing blisters in fingers, toes and hands.
