Symptoms Of Acid Indigestion
There are certain foods that create indigestions and you could lose some of the most important knowledge if you don’t know the symptoms of the acid indigestion.
Acid indigestion symptoms are like you will experience heart burn and it will create stomach uncomfortable. This occurs due to some spicy foods and oily foods when intake is in access. You need to eat less spicy and hot foods. You will see that gradually the burning sensation is coming up to the throat.
Your wanting to have food will be decreased day by day. Which means basically you will have poor appetite. Acid indigestion also encounters with flatulence which means full of gas in the stomach and this creates lots of uneasiness.
You will have frequent belching. Gas comes out from the mouth and other name of belching is also called burping. Your whole body will not feel comfortable and it can really ruin your day.
You got to be careful about what you eat.
Another serious irritation is getting nausea. This occurs when there is access influx of acid to the esophagus and this in turn comes out like worry, tension, fear, anxiety and mental tensions. This also provokes one to puke or vomit. The feeling of pukish is very strong when you have nausea.
And also one reaches early satiety which means before eating the required amount of food you feel full enough and there is no space to push in. Hunger is immediately fulfilled.
Apart from the above problems you may also experience abdominal distension. This will show swelling in abdominal and this is caused due to acid indigestion. This may produce access amount of gas and there is severe discomfort in stomach. This may even result destruction at work place due to preoccupied in mind to the problem and eventually your work will suffer.
To over come acid indigestion is to eat what is fresh and fine, not something hot and spicy.
