Support Your Bone With Vitamin K

There is no standing and body movement without bones in the body. They are fragile and weak if improper intake of required vitamins and food are less. One such vitamin is vitamin K; this is the most important food for the bone. You must increase the intake of it, from food.

This has exceptionally good impact over bone.  The consumption of it must be encouraged to children as well since it helps bone’s strong development. You must know that your bone could be prone to brittle without this.

The main characteristics of vitamin K is of two types and they are called as phytonadion,(K1). This vitamin K1 is found abundantly in green leafy vegetables such as broccoli, spinach, lettuce and other green vegetables. As we know they are extremely good for heath. The second type of vitamin is known as menaquinones which is K2. This is found in western consumptions. This is also found in the other diet too.

If the intake of vitamin is increased you could save your bone fracture. There was a research conducted and eventuality came out with the result that 77 percent of the population whoever regularly take vitamin has decrease the bone problems.

Osteoporosis is the bone disease which is common in UK. This is related to lack of vitamin K in the body. In kids, they form rickety although it is caused due to deficiency of D and insufficient of sun light. You must see that you are taking those vegetables and foods that contain high amount of Vitamin K. This will make your bones strong and help you to lead a healthy body system too. It is also beneficial for the skin tightening and other skin ailments too.  There has been research going on that could supplement the work of vitamin K however, they are unsuccessful so far. There is no vitamin so being qualified for the bone strengthening. So support your weak bone by taking sufficient amount of this vitamin.
