Drinking a glass of orange juice is a great way to get your Vitamin C and iron fortified cereal will boost your energy. By combining the two will increase the iron that you absorb greatly.
They say a cup of milk will keep the bone doctor away but add a teaspoon of peanut butter and WOW! The monounsaturated fat in the peanut butter helps your bones to soak up all the Vitamin D they can handle.
Cantaloupe with your yogurt? Who would have thought of it? Mixing this fruit with yogurt that is high in zinc will give you 100% absorption of the Vitamin A in the cantaloupe. This is a tasty way to get a boost in your immunity.
Vegetables are great for your body and health but when you combine them with full dressing that has olive oil it is best. Your body gets the benefit of being able to soak in a lot of the good for your skin, heart and immune system. Try this with spinach, carrots and even tomatoes.

Experiment with your green tea to get the taste that you like best and get your heart to be healthy and happy.
