Heavy tummy is one of the main problems that beauty alert people usually feel. Though you are not intended to walk on ramps or stand before cameras, you do not like the idea of heavy belly. In fact it really affects your personality.

Fat has a tendency to get accumulated in the tummy area and make your appearance awkward. A diet system with low carb foods and eating negative calorie foods will be of great help for you. Some nice exercises could also be followed to make your belly attractive.

Keep in mind that no problem in world can be easily solved. The same is true with this also. You have to show patience and have to work hard. Still if you have faith in you, and want to slim up the stomach, continue reading.

Exercises

1.    You should always keep in mind that to manipulate the properties of a small area of our body is a difficult task. Walking, swimming etc affect body in a whole sense. These exercises bring changes around our body with small difference in effectiveness.

2.    Crunch exercises are also useful if done ten times day. Bend your legs at the knees while lying down on the floor. Place hands at the back head and slowly rise until the head touches the knees. Go back to the previous position and repeat the cycle for ten times. You should be aware of your breathing while performing the exercise. Breath out while you rise up and breath in when falling back

3.    The next exercise step for you is called reverse crunch. Lie down and twist your legs a little. Now bring it closer to the knee and go back to the initial position. You have to repeat the steps at least ten times. Take breath out while moving the legs upward and breathe in on the reverse.

4.    Toe touching will be a good asset in your exercise steps. Stand still and raise your hands steadily. Now bow down at the waist so that you can touch your toe. Return to your original position and repeat the cycle.
