Bay leaf:
Bay leaf has medicinal property that helps in curing external infections and skin diseases. They have strong and distinctive fragrance, so for keeping the bugs away, place a jar filled with grains and bay leaf in the corner of room. You will be glad to read that application of bay leaf paste is the best medicine for curing minor cuts and insect bite. In case of muscle soreness, apply the bay leaf oil on the affected area and massage for sometime. Believe me, it will relive you from soreness plus enhance the blood circulation too. It also has antibacterial and anti-fungal properties that can cure dandruff effectively. A regular intake of bay leaf in your diet cures cold and urinary infections.
Cardamom:
We all know that cardamoms are commonly known a chhoti elaichi. It is an aromatic spice, which is commonly used, in Indian curries, gravies and desserts. It has a sharp and stimulating flavor. Cardamom helps in countering stomach acidity. It acts as a great aphrodisiac when its powder is sprinkled on coffee. It generates appetite, aids in nausea and cures bad breath problem. You will be glad to read that its fragrant seeds contain certain oil that helps in stimulating digestion and reliving flatulence.
Ginger:
Do you know that ginger is the most medicinally blessed spice in the Indian kitchen? It aids in stomach congestion, mild fever, common cold and acidity.
