Now a days smoking has become a fashion accessories but fashion should not cause the health. To save the life following diet for smokers can prove beneficial:
Vitamin C- Vitamin C can prove the best food item as diet for smokers. People who smoke or cigarettes or any kind of tobacco must add vitamin c as a major portion of their diet. Smoker needs 400% extra vitamins than non-smokers. Smokers can take the fruits as papaya, guava, orange, mango, kiwifruit, blackcurrants and strawberries. The vegetables he can take are red pepper, green pepper, broccoli, cauliflower, sprouts and tomatoes. One more option they have fruit juices- smokers can choose cranberry, lemon, orange or grapefruit juices to save from harmful causes of smoking.
Increase your Antioxidants-Another thing for smokers’ diet is antioxidant intake. Smoker should eat 2tsp of wheat germ oil as it is rich in vitamin e and also 6 Brazil nuts as this is rich in selenium to their diet. He should switch from tea or coffee ideally green tea.
Protective Carotenoids- Carotenoids are pigments found in plants. All carotenoids are antioxidants, the most common example being beta-carotene. It is found in green plants as spinach, as well as orange and yellow plants, such as carrots, sweet potato and melons.
