Smart Bells for Dumbbells
If you are looking for a way to improve your home gym then buying a set of dumbbells would be a great addition. You could actually get a complete workout with just the dumbbells. If you use them properly, you can get a great routine out of them.
If you are a novice beginner and trying to shed some extra weight and toning up those muscles or even if you have been working out for a long time, dumbbells can help you to gain muscle mass and add variety to your workout.
Even though they will give you a great exercise, you still need to make sure that everything is balanced with your diet and nutrition as well as the rest of your routine. Make sure to place some sort of protection on the floor to protect it just in case you drop one or if they fall.
When trying to decide what type of routine you should start with, it depends on if you are a beginner or have been working out for some time. Your needs are going to be different and the range of your workout will vary.
If you are a beginner, be sure to start with 10 to 15 reps in sets of 4 for each exercise. This will give your body a chance to get adapted to the use of using dumbbells. Don’t jump in too quickly as this could cause unnecessary injury.
6 to 8 reps in sets of 4 with heavier weights are ideal for more advanced bodybuilders. This will allow you to bulk up and gain more muscle mass which is the goal.
Remember, whether you are a beginner or a long time builder, be sure to stretch and warm up before doing any exercise and talk with your doctor. If you plan your workout routine accordingly, you can work out every muscle group using the dumbbells.
Do a little research and you will be able to find exercises that can make it work for you and add variety to your daily routine for a bigger you.
