Slimming Exercise For Legs
Your legs are most important part of your body. It increased beauty top your body. If you wish to dress up in fashionable clothing, which is in line with the trend of the day, then you need to also have a good figure for that. Today tight fitted clothes are in trend so if you want to go with the fashion you have to wear the fashionable and tight clothes. If you have extra meat on your legs, you will feel uncomfortable to wear trendy clothes. You have an option you can do some exercises and shape up your body. Some of the leg slimming exercises are mentioned below:
Heel raise
• Stand straight.
• Spread your feet more than the width of your shoulder.
• Raise the whole body and try to balance it on your tiptoes.
• Hold for few seconds.
• Lower down your body slowly and gradually.
• Repeat the process for 30-40 times.
Lateral raise for inner thighs
• Stand up and try to put all the weight of your body on your left foot.
• Try to raise your body.
• Point your right foot straight in front of you.
• Now, start moving your leg and right foot across the left leg of yours. It results stress to your inner thigh.
• If you don’t feel stress try to move your leg so that your inner thigh face the ceiling.
• Repeat the process for 20-23 times.
Squats
• Stand straight.
• Spread your legs little more wide than your shoulder.
• Spread the arms sidewise.
• While keeping upward position, lower your hips. It would seem as you sit on a chair.
• Hold the position for few minutes and back to normal position slowly.
• Repeat the process 25 times.
Cycling
Cycling is the best way by which you can get rid of extra weight of your legs and make them beautiful. Do the cycling for 10minutes as it can help you to warm up your muscles. There is a huge variety of cycles for exercises come to the markets as it may have fun as well as benefit.
Running
Running affects the weight of lower part of body. So, running is the best exercise for leg slimming. It is simple as well. Try running 3-5 times a week. It will help to lose weight in frequent manner. You have not to do some extra efforts. You can decrease your body fat easily by running. Running burns the fat that is the reason you can choose running to lose extra fat.
