What would you do to get a blemishing, glowing and soft skin? You go to most expensive things to get beautiful skin. Even most expensive things in the world can’t do those things that can do your skin diet. Diet is the most effective way to achieve beautiful skin. Some of the effective elements of skin diet are mentioned below:

Lime Juice- Lime juice is important aid for skin treatment. You can make lime juice at your home. Take a bowl and squeeze some lemons in it. Add a glass of boiled milk and 1 tsp of glycerin to it. Stir and wait for half an hour. Apply the mixture on your face, feet and arms before going to bed. This will help you get rid of pimples and results glowing skin.

Vitamin C- Food items rich in vitamin c save skin from the harmful ultraviolet sunrays. Vitamin c antioxidants are helpful for healthy skin.

Fish- Fish oil is the helpful product for the nourishment of skin. If your skin diet chart includes the fish at lunch and dinner that will result to luster and softness of complexion.

Water- Water is the most beneficial element of nature. One should drink at least 10 glasses of water everyday. Drinking too much water will help the organs and cells to function properly. Water can help you to stay hydrated and a hydrated skin is unable to get wrinkles easily.

Yogurt- Yogurt is a very important natural beauty aid. If you add yogurt in your diet it will helpful to get proper nutrients and if you don’t want to eat you have another option you can apply yogurt on your face every morning. Wash it off with cold water. This will helpful to get a smooth, healthy and fair complexion. Mixture of yogurt and lime is best for soften the dry hands.

Iron- Iron makes the blood healthy-consequently it imparts a healthy pink glow to your skin. Iron is found in several green vegetables, in fruits and in meats. Zinc is also very important for the health of your skin.
