Below mentioned are simple and easy exercises for the waist that you can do at home. These are very pocket- friendly exercises, which take just a few minutes from your daily schedule.



Great Exercise for the Waist

The side plank



This exercise involves just a few steps and can do miracles.

Step 1: Lie on your left side.

Step 2: Raise your body up in such a position that all your weight falls on your left forearm. Hold the position for as long as possible.




Step 3: Lie on your right side.

Step 4: Raise your body up in such a position that all your weight falls on your right forearm. Hold the position for as long as possible.

Step 5: Again lie on your left side.

Step 6: Raise your body up in such a position that all your weight falls on your left forearm.  Hold the position for as long as possible.

Step 7: Now switch over to the right side.

Step 8: Raise your body up in such a position that all your weight falls on your right forearm.  Hold the position for as long as possible.

Follow the above eight easy steps regularly and find the difference on your own.

Do wind sprints

If you want thin and flat abs, wind sprints is the best exercise.

Step 1: All you need to do is go to a track and sprint for 10-15 seconds as hard as you can. Sprinting up some stairs is equally helpful.

Step 2: Cool down to a walk for 15-45 seconds.

Step 3: Repeat step 1 and step 2.

This exercise is helpful to burn the belly fat very fast.
