All plant foods are harbored with nutrients and low in fat content, therefore, essential to prevent any kind of erectile dysfunction, which is a common problem to a healthy sex life. And they also keep the arteries unclogged to prevent heart diseases for maintaining our stamina and vigor.

Studies have shown that the tomato contains lycopene, which is a component of the vitamin A family and is useful to maintain prostate health. Lycopene is best absorbed and retained in good amounts in food when tomatoes are cooked with a little oil as in a soup or a sauce.

Nuts are high in the amino acid arginine. Arginine is vital for the synthesis of nitric oxide, which is one of the compounds present in body and responsible for generating erections. Nut oils are not as harmful as saturated fat or trans-fat and studies have shown that these are helpful in reducing cholesterol.

Pumpkin Seeds are a very rich source of zinc. The seeds are also packed with nutrients, including the antioxidants selenium and vitamin E, which are good for keeping the arteries healthy.

Olive Oil is very healthy as compared to all kinds of fats.  Saturated fat and trans-fat tend to constrict the arteries, but monounsaturated fat which is found in olive oil is healthy for proper functioning of body and blood supply to all the organs including sex organs. Wheat germ is a particularly good source of vitamin E, which is not enough in the diet we consume. It helps to keep the arteries healthy and the whole body metabolism. Oyster is a shellfish and is termed as a virility food. These are very rich source of zinc, which is crucial for reproductive and sexual function in men and women.
