Self-Hypnotism
As we can easily guesses the area by the name that self-hypnotism is a method by which one can hypnotized himself or herself. It is a natural occurring state of mind that can be said as a heightened state of concentration, with the compliance to follow suggestive commands.
It is a great medicine to purge out the inner emotions and boost the self-esteem of hypnotized person. It is the excellent way to get rid of tension and worries. Also, feel relaxed.
Hypnotism is a reflector of meditation. Like meditation it has a dubious image. From many years people have made their livings by overlaying this practical and useful method. It is associated with mystical and magical rituals. Conclusion is that it is the perfect method to relax. Following are tips how to perform self-hypnotism.
How To Perform-
• First most important thing is that before performing this exercise, you should be relaxed.
• Tell yourself that you want to self hypnotize as you can say “I am going to self hypnotize.”
• During the hypnotism your unconscious mind will make the adjustments naturally.
• Now tell yourself what do you want feel after finishing the process and for how much time you want to be in trace.
• Three most important things that you have to notice about all the process is perform slowly and look at each one for a moment. Second, pay attention to your auditory channel and notice the things you hear. Third one is become aware of your feelings. Notice the sensation. Always go slowly from one thing to another.
• See one thing or try to make an image or let just happen.
• Assume a sound along with the image.
• Repeat the whole process with two sounds, two feelings and two images.
• If you don’t get all the way, then relax. It is sign that you are not getting the relax in any way. Retry all the process with relax.
• After relax stay few minutes in this condition and get the deep relax.
