Drinking doesn’t mean to drink only water you can either drink health drinks such as: fruit juices, soups and nutritious liquids.

Soya-Soya helps to maintain oestrogen levels. Soya protects from osteoporosis and health disease. Soya is easily digestible food. It also provides energy in less time. You can eat it as a vegetable.

Vegetables- Try to eat more and more green vegetables as it provide you energy. Cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, turnip, sprouts and radish are some vegetables that should be eaten in regular manner. These vegetables help to fight against cancer and toxins. These vegetables should be eaten in raw or half cooked manner as deep cooking can harm nutrition lies between.
