Schedule Your Meals To Get Benefits

Eat to live but not live to eat- this is what, I believe in. What do you believe? The response to this question actually determines a lot of things in life. People should eat to live, which implies that the food should always be life supporting. In other words, the nature of food or the amount of food or the timing of food you consume should be in such a way that it should influence your vitality and life in a positive manner.

Given the above belief, the importance of scheduling the meals cannot be ignored. With the changing lifestyle, I see people having their breakfast during lunch time, lunch in the evening and dinner after the midnight. This can never be a healthy way of eating, even though your meals are full of vitamins, minerals and other prescribed ingredients.

I would suggest for a rigid schedule of meals, which every one of us should make and try to stick to that at its best. Before you schedule the meals, you need to sit down and think about your likings and their healthy aspects. You also need to notice when you crave for some unhealthy food like burger, French fries or similar processed food so that you can plan something equally attractive to divert your attention from there.

The best thing about scheduling meal is that it protects you from temptations in dieting. When you feel hungry you know that there is something to eat in the next meal and what is in the menu. Once, you will be habituated with this plan you will find your body is also accustomed to it. You will feel hungry only at a particular point of time.

For first few weeks, you will find to get used to the strict scheduling of meal. However, practice makes the man perfect and so is the case with this habit. Schedule your meals in a regular interval of time of the whole day. The menus for the whole day schedule should be healthy and delicious so that it will be able to motivate you to follow it further.
