Say bye To Flabby Abs

If you are not a teenager don’t think that you can’t have abs, you can still think of firm abs. Get rid of flabby abs is not too difficult. You can say bye to flabby abs at any age. You can have firm abs even at the age of 40 or 50. The only thing you need is firm determination and exercise. Some of the perfect exercises mentioned below that help you to say no more flabby abs:
Torso twist- Sit down on the floor. Bend your knees and flat your feet about hip-width apart. Extend your arms straight in front of you. Now, lace your fingers. Tighten your abdominal muscles and lean back your about 45 degrees towards floor. Taut your abs and rotate your torso right as far as comfortably. Only move the upper body as head, shoulder, arms, chest and abs. don’t lead with your arms. Try to look in the same direction your hands are pointing to move. Hold for few seconds. Now, twist to the opposite side Do one repetition of this exercise.

Hip lift-Lie on your back with your arms by your sides. Your palms should face up. Raise your legs up so as it is perpendicular to floor and pointing to ceiling. Pull the navel towards spine and try to lift your hips up for few inches from floor. Keep the legs straight pointing roof as well. Stay for few seconds. Slowly move down your hips and legs down to floor.

Long Arm Crunch- Lie straight down on the floor and your arms should also be straight. Keep the arms with your hands clasped near your ears. Lift little bit your shoulders blades, contract your abs and try to touch your feet. Hold for few seconds. Lower your body and get back to the original positions. Try to repeat the process for 10-15 times.

Leg Drop- Lie on your back with your hands under your head, extend your legs and lift directly your hips so as they are perpendicular to the floor. Turn feet out slightly. Lift your head of the floor and look towards your legs. Inhale and lower your legs towards the floor several inches. Exhale and start again. Start with 5-6 repeats and do the workout 9-10 times.
