Save Time and Money and Workout at Home

homeworkoutYou do not need to join a gym to workout. It takes extra time to drive to the gym, change etc… Your gym membership fees could pay for a nice workout set at home. At home there is no standing around waiting to use equipment because you are the only one using it.

Home workouts can include simple programs that do not take up a lot of space. Muscles grow when they are stressed with intensity (weight). You do not need expensive equipment to get a good workout.

It is so convenient to be able to work out at home. Sometimes workouts do not get done with a gym membership. It just seems like too much hassle.

Now all you have to do is design your workout.  Include a warm up and a cool down.  With free weights, compound exercises are recommended. Compound exercise works multiple joints and muscles. It builds muscle mass quickly. The fitness you achieve helps in everyday activities.

You will not get the results you want unless you get adequate nutrition and adequate rest.  In weight training builders eat more protein then others. 40 percent of their diet should come from protein. 40 percent should come from carbohydrates and 20 percent from fats.

Do not over train because the equipment is so convenient to use. Overtraining causes injury and ruins your muscle building plan. Your muscles need 24 hours of rest between workouts. Ideally, one should workout six days a week and take one day off. Weight train for three days a week and then do something aerobic for the alternate days. Try to get at least eight hours of sleep a night.

Rest is very important. You have broken down and tore your muscles during your workout. While you rest the muscles repair themselves and build muscle mass. A biochemical reaction is taking place in your body while you rest.

Working out at home is so easy and saves so much time. You will spend less on your gym equipment then a year of gym payments and it is well worth the investment.
