Many people find it hard to shine in sports activities like baseball or football as it is not possible to gain muscles through them. There are people who make use of drugs to do well in such competitive games and find that it’s not possible to gain weight and satisfy them.

It’s always better to take a lot of proteins in our food, as they are the good body builders. The safe way to gain muscles easily is through the intake of protein. Also, there are product supplements, which are commercially available in the market that can help us improve our health greatly.

One of the best supplements that is safe and healthy is Creatine. This supplement if taken daily and also if we do workouts regularly can burn lots of fat and help increase muscle mass easily.

Also, we need to improve the amount of recovery post workout by making use of these muscles. Also, there is a great chance in the improvement of recovery after workouts if we take such creatine supplements and it is also safe for our health, as it does not have any side effects like drugs.

We can do heavy workouts for one day and wait for our muscles to recover the next day. Only if we do our workouts each day and give some rest for our muscles to grow, we can see an increase in our muscle mass.

If we just keep working out a lot without waiting for recovery then we will not see any increase in muscle mass as our muscles will burn out lot without any impact.

Our body has some limitations, it cannot gain lean muscle mass instantly, and it can lead to breakage of muscles if we work out a lot without giving a break to our muscles for relaxation and growth.

Our growth hormone works on muscles only when we sleep and it is recommended that we sleep at least for 8 hours a day. We should have a look at the progress after each week and adjust the workout accordingly. But we should never go for the drug option, which is unsafe and highly dangerous for our health.
