Right Diet Routine For Right Body

“Oh my God what has happened to you? You have put on so much” the words said by Sam’s friend, when she met him after 10 years, still echoed in Sam’s ears when he came back home from the office. After dinner, in his bed struggling to sleep, he was recalling whatever his friend said “You were the most handsome boy during the schooldays but now you are looking completely different person.” Sam was haunted by these words. What has gone wrong? He was trying to figure out what was the reason for this obesity.

This is the situation which now days almost every second person is facing. People generally fail to realize that the problem of obesity is outcome of their lifestyle. Trying to cope up with the hectic work schedule people just ignore to check what is going in their stomach. Rushing empty stomach to the office in the morning and having just tea instead of breakfast to save time. Eating junk food in lunch and gobbling lots of food at dinner time. No walk. No exercise. The result is disfigured body with loads of fats.

The major cause of obesity is the wrong eating habits of men. At times they eat too much and at other time they just starve themselves. When they have time to eat they eat like pigs as if they will never get food again and at other time they will go to the extreme of starving themselves by skipping breakfast. Don’t think eating in bulk can compensate for the meals skipped. Instead, the extra food is stored as fats and this is the root cause of various diseases. They do not realize that body metabolism is disturbed for the whole day when they skip the morning meal.

It is better to avoid high calorie food, sugar and all the junk stuff which just adds to the body as fats. Because of the shortage of time men eat very fast, unaware of the fact that in the process of saving time they are actually ruining their body.  Ignoring the importance of water they sip on cold drinks and sodas. All this accounts for the bulging body.

It is better to check and change your eating habits instead of sitting helpless and brooding over your disfigured body.
