It is very important to have a body free of toxins and wastes. For maintaining a good health and a good body, it is very essential to revolutionise your diet.

What an individual eats finally reflects his health from all angles. Revolutioning one’s diet means cleaning the body from the wastes and toxins that are present in the body and watching what you eat.

It depends mainly on the quality and quantity of food that you eat. The food or diet that an individual consumes must have a balance of all essential nutrients like proteins, vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, fat and fibre.

It is always advisable to go for organic foods since there are very less health hazards or even negligible health hazards that are related to organic food. It is also better to go for seasonal food. A routine diet will make your body so used to that your body may stop responding to the nutritive value of the food that you consume. It is always advisable to change the diet seasonally so that your body gets a variety of nutrients in a variety of forms.

It is essential to eat what is fresh. It is always advised to go for fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh meat etc since the nutritive value in fresh foods is much more than in foods that are freezed or refrigerated.

Do not eat overcooked food. It is always advisable to go for raw or moderately cooked food since over cooking also deplenishes the nutritive value of food.

It is advised to consume whole grains like rye, oats, barley, wheat etc in your diet since these are rich in proteins. They do provide a good amount of nutrition to your body and helps in maintaining your body fit and fine.

Some of the foods that can be included in clean diets are brown bread, brown rice, whole meal flour etc, since their nutritive value is very good in maintaining a good health.

Also keep a watch on what you have. The more preservatives and additives your food contains, the more you tend to accumulate toxins in your body. Go for natural foods. Also consume lots of water and juices in your diet that would help in flushing the toxins out from the body.
