Athlete’s foot is a very common disease that mainly affects the young people and men. It mainly affects the area of foot. It can either cause toes or heels or lower part of foot. Athlete’s foot can literally drive you nuts at times. The more you scratch the itch, the worse it gets! Then it gets to the point that it starts burning and really becomes a pain. Often times you think you’ve got it whipped, only to have it return with a vengeance. So, here are some helpful home remedies for athlete’s foot tips to put an end to this nuisance for good.
• Add about 40 drops of tea tree oil to water and soak your feet in it for 10-15 minutes. Dry your feet with the help of dryer or towel and assure that there is no moisture present because the fungus my flourish under a toe nail that has not been completely dried. Place a few drops of oil on the area.

• Here is another recommended home remedy for athlete’s feet. Take a tablespoon of baking soda and mix it together with a little water. Make paste and rub this onto the infected area of your feet and let it dry. Then, simply rinse it off and let your feet dry.

Garlic is another thing by which help you can able to cure the disease. Take cloves of garlic you can either take blend or couple of cloves. Rub the paste to the affected area. Use it for 2-3 days as it is slow but effective method.

• Pay attention to toenails as toenails are favorite breeding spots for the fungus. Many physicians advise that you scrape the undersides clean at least every second or third day. Be sure to use an orange stick, toothpick, or wooden match rather than a metal nail file, which could scratch the nails and provide niches for the fungus to collect in.

• Take a large bowl, as it would as much big as your fit to your feet. Put some hot water in bowl and 1cup vinegar, ¼ cup of Epson salt and 3 table spoons of boric acid. Soak your feet in it at least for 15 minutes. Dry your feet thoroughly. It will decrease in odor and after 4 weeks you will see fungus is leaving your feet.
