Recipe Of Aam Panna

Mango is called the ‘king of fruits’. It is the most consuming fruit of summers. It is rich in vitamin C so, it is tasty as well as health beneficial. You can use variety of dishes make with mango you can either eat the raw mango or make different recipes with mango. Aam panna is one of the most delicious recipes made by mangoes. Recipe of aam panna with ingredients is mentioned below:

Ingredients
6 Medium Sized Mangoes
3 cups of Water
3 tsp sugar
12 crushed ice cubes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry cumin seeds (roasted and grounded)
½ tsp red chili powder
3 tsp mint leaves (chopped)

How To Make
Take a huge sauce pan.
Put the mangoes along with water to the pan.
Cover the pan with lid and leave for boil.
Simmer the heat for 10 minutes.
Drain the mangoes from the water and peel them.
Separate the stone of the mango and put the pulp in a deep bowl.
Add water, salt, sugar, cumin and chili to the bowl.
Whisk it thoroughly.
Stir in the mint and again stir for sometime.
Put in a jug or huge container.
Freeze for an hour.
Serve with crushed cubes.
Seasoned in desirable manner.
