Potassium Deficiency

This mineral should be made available in your body and this is the third most mineral required by body.

You must eat bananas, potatoes, lima beans, acorn squash, oranges, peaches, tomatoes, raisins, artichokes, sun flower seeds, spinach, almonds, molasses, cantaloupe, salmon and chicken. They are good source of potassium.
The most famous disease caused by the deficiency of potassium is kidney failure. Kidney stones are formed by this. The most reliable source to increase the level of potassium is from fresh fruits and vegetables. The more you increase the amount of potassium better will be your health. so eat more fruits to gain potassium.
