The primary focus of this workout is the triceps. What you need to do is take dumbbells in your hand of a weight which is suitable to you. Do not lift a heavy weight just to act macho as there is something called comfort zone. Take dumbbell in any of your hand and stand with your back straight with your knees slightly bent.
When your knees are bent in this position, there will be a pressure from your lower back. Now slowly lift dumbbell above your shoulder and your palms facing the front. Make sure you lift dumbbell straight. Then bring dumbbell down slowly in arc motion and move it behind the head. Your elbows should be bent at 90 degrees when your hands are behind the head.
Hold this position for a few seconds and slowly reverse the same arc motion. Just lift the dumbbell back where you started from and repeat with your other arm. It is a great workout for your triceps. You should perform this workout in 3-4 sets with at least 10 reps.

You can do both pull ups and chin ups as both of them are more or less the same. As the name suggests, this workout requires you to pull up your body. How to go about it? Jump and hold the bar and you can keep your legs hanging or crossed. Now slowly pull yourself up by using your arm strength. Make sure your chin reaches above your hands on the bar.
