Foot Soak Recipe
Peppermint Feet Soak With Lavender
To make the recipe we need Â½ cup of Epsom salt, 5 drops of peppermint extract, 3 drops of tea tree oil and 3 drops of lavender. Add oil and salt to a large pan or a footbath of water. Soak your feet in it for 10-15 minutes. Rinse your feet and dry it and moisturize it. This foot soak soothes aches, soften the rough skin and remove odors. You can also add some rose petals and lavender to your footbath.
Honey Foot Soak
Take1cup of honey and a gallon warm water. Mix the1cup of honey in warm water and soak your feet in it for 10-15 minutes. It is a wonderful foot pedicure which has natural and antiseptic qualities. It is also helpful in relieving stress.
Foot Scrub Recipe
Brown Sugar Foot Scrub
Take 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of ground oats, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon almond oil or olive oil as replacement of almond oil, 2 tablespoons aloe Vera gel and a tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon’s juice. Now, grind the oatmeal in a food processor. Remember one thing it must be sandy, flaky and light if not it can harm the skin. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl together and make a paste of it. Apply and massage in a circular motion. Rinse with warm water.
Salt Foot Scrub
Take1 cup of sea salt, Â½ cup of water and 2 drops of lavender oil, mix the ingredients well and prepare a paste. Apply on your feet and rub in a circular motion. Rinse off with warm water.
