For this you first need to throw away the concept that losing fat or having healthy weight is not achievable. The more important is what needs to be done rather than how to find quick results. Do remember that even with a small effort from your side in a direction of doing regular workout or eating healthy diet will surely do 100% positive impact on your mental, emotional, physical, as well as social life.
What healthy women need to do: Your cardiovascular workout should be of minimum 30 to 45 minutes and done three to four times a week. What overweight women need to do: Before things go out of your control you need to take appropriate actions, because your weight is a kind of alarm signal. Genetics is surely a determinant behind your weight; but it does not play a role in deciding about what you eat and what the exercises you practice are.
Even when there is the strong genetic factor affecting your appearance, either overweight or weak, through what way you live your life will influence ultimately. For instance, if your exercise plan is for 60 minutes, it might start with 20-minute walking or jogging followed by 20-minute biking and finally ended with 20 minute rowing.
What obese women need to do: Being obese is risky for cardiovascular disease. The very large women have to face some specific challenges while trying to be active. They may not be able to move or be active the same way the other people can.
Even they have to do a special search for appropriate clothes and equipments for exercises. Being active is perceived as a challenge for them; but facing this challenge is not impossible. Forget your size and start exercising; this is the best thing you can do for yourself.
