Obesity is one of the major problems which are faced by most of the people all over the world. Obesity affects people either directly or indirectly. Many researches conclude that over 90,000 women over the age of 50-70 have much risk of early death if they are obese. Another survey concludes that over 300,000 US people died of obesity in a year.

A federal study estimates the health-care costs of overweight and obesity in the US at $92.6 billion. Obesity hits every organ in the body. This includes heart, sleep, diabetes, cancer and psychological ills.

The average person burns 1,300 calories a day just to stay in bed. This is called the basal metabolic weight. An additional 600 calories are burned, on an average day, for getting out of bed and moving around, resulting in 1,900 calories to maintain natural body weight and it needs to take 3500 calories to get fat which is very difficult generally. If you don’t manage your diet chart it will surely result to obesity.
