Nutritional Coconut Milk

Many people drink nutritional coconut milk as it is helpful element to relieve warm but very few know that this is also a nourishing drink that provides even more benefits.

Coconut has two varieties. One is green coconut that we usually mean the liquid or water in the center of the coconut. This liquid is at its best when the coconut is very fresh and immature, the meat of the nut still like white or pale white colored jelly. Second one is that comes to the northern part of India, which is a brown colored hard shelled coconut.

The milk is rich in electrolytes that help you to stay hydrated.
It destroys the lipid membrane of such enveloped viruses as HIV, measles.
