Healthy brain is healthy mind. There are thousands of story related to women with fish. It is amazing to know that in most cases those who ate more fish while they were pregnant are found to gave birth to better cognitive and fine motor skills than those who ate less or who didn’t eat at all.
We can draw the conclusion that if you want to have healthy and sharp brain child you eat lots of fish when you are pregnant. It is revealed that even in the school performance, those children who are served with more fish have to excelled more than who are not.
They are experts in learning and high vocabulary power more efficiently. Their brain motor runs faster and quicker than the rest who didn’t eat.
If you want your children to be more fast or grasping things then you must feed them fish daily in your meal. They will have spatial, visual- motor and fine motor skills.
The fatty acid that is in fish plays crucial role in gaining sharp brain. They are said to be really brainy. Why would you believe that eating fish enhances your learning capacity? Yes, they do because fish is the rich source of OMEGA 3 fatty acids. These are best for promoting brain’s structure. Fish is also big source of mercury which is also important for development of brain. There are particular fishes that are very good fore revitalizing brain functioning are such as tuna fish and sword fish. They are said to be the great source of mercury.
Ensure your child to eat fish in meal. They are proved by the scientists to have healthy and better brain activity. Eating fish doesn’t have any bad impact so make sure that your daily dinner and lunch should contained fish as one of the curry items.
