Negative Calorie Food To lose Weight
Food is the essential supplement for life. You get calories from the diet that you take in. These calories provide required energy for your life but excess calories result to obesity.
Negative calorie food requires the more energy to digest food. It also provides nutrition. No food can literally have negative calories in the sense of absorbing energy from the body when digested. However, some foods provide very few calories, and the body may use up more energy to digest them than it gains. The result is a net calorie deficit.
List of negative calorie fruit and vegetable:
Broccoli- These foods may be consumed with in a weight-loss diet to potentially relieve the feeling of hunger without contributing to total caloric intake.
Cauliflower- Cauliflower came under the category of fibrous food. Fibrous vegetables are filling, very nutritious yet low in calories. Any diet consisting of large portions of vegetables will aid in weight loss.
Carrots- Carrots are one of the best food options when you want a quick weight lose as this is a fiber containing food it keeps you full for long time and if no food intake then no fats can came there.
Apples-You have heard a quote ‘an apple a day keeps doctor away’. This is true as apple provide energy as well as it help to keep the control on calories.
Celery- Low nutrient, high cellulose foods like celery are generally agreed to consume slightly more energy to digest than they provide nutritionally.
Cranberries- These fruits are very nutritious and tasty too. It is aid in weight lose so; if you want to lose weight and nutrition you should eat cranberries everyday.
Above mentioned negative calorie foods are essential to weight lose. The diets claim that you can eat “all you want” of these selected fruits and vegetables and still achieve drastic weight loss. Limiting a diet to only these foods would result in malnutrition.
