Myth About Eating Eggs
Its commonly available information that consumption of egg causes or brings high risk of increasing high cholesterol and deposition of fats would get maximized. We always tend to believe what others say and never try to figure why they say so. It’s a general over view. The production of cholesterol is increased not from the intake of egg, it is a known fact and also by the study that 80 percent of cholesterol is produced from your body itself. We must know that the presence of cholesterol is also necessary for your body. There is nothing like eating egg holds the responsibility of all problems.
Your intake of various fatty foods could be the main culprit of deposition of fats in your body. Cholesterol is not always bad. It helps to maintain the flexibility and permeable of your cell membranes. We all crave for beautiful skin and to for your kind information cholesterol helps to keep your skin supple. The good works of cholesterol do not end here, it plays good source of production of sex hormone and also production of vitamin D and bile salts as well. We only know bad effects of cholesterol.
Eating egg is not a problem. One can eat egg daily. It’s good for your child’s growth as well. The study has found out that merely not eating egg do not produce any effect on blood cholesterol level. Hence if your blood cholesterol is normal, the recommendation from the Health Promotion Unit department has declared that you can eat seven eggs a week.
