The weight gain plan for gaining muscle mass is essential. Some people tend to blame it on other things and all their energy and time goes into changing their workout plan. Others fool around with weight gaining supplements.
The reason you are not gaining weight it because you are not eating properly. You need to have a weight gain diet that increases your calories and provides you body with enough nutrients to grow. Do not waste your money on supplements that do not work.

Carbohydrates should make up 50 percent of your diet. Fats should make up at least 20 percent of your diet. Fats should come from good mono-unsaturated fats such as nuts, olives, olive oil, Sunflower seeds and oil, and other nuts to name a few sources.
Eat six mini meals instead of three larger meals a day. This will keep your energy at a steady level throughout the day. Combining the proper diet with the right workout program will help you gain muscle mass.
