If you have the right information for putting on muscle mass you can easily achieve it. Many people believe that building the mass is impossible but this is not true. Many bodybuilders and trainers are of the opinion that in order to put on muscle mass you should have a longer workout.
You need not practice weight/ strength training for longer periods for quick muscle buildup. However, for persons who are hard gainers, it is essential they put on muscle mass quickly.
Many bodybuilding experts opine that there is no need to train more than one hour for this purpose. Cases have occurred wherein people have lost more than required weight because of longer hours of weightlifting/ workout.
The ideal way to build muscle mass is to have a proper program of strength training with 3 sessions of one hour each on 3 days and this should incorporate appropriate bodybuilding and weightlifting exercises.
Your focus should be to get strong by working intensely on your muscles. You should avoid programs that require you to practice long hours; this might cause injuries.
You could gain mass by doing the following exercises.
1. Use a bench press; perform your exercise for a period of twenty to thirty seconds on heavy weight that is immovable. Many hard trainers practice it the wrong way.
2. Use barbell curls and practice a grinding halt of 2-3 inches inside the rep. When your arms are bent you will find that it is not possible to perform the rep; hence you must perform a pull.
3. Squat exercise is effective for muscle mass building. Instead of training intensely or dieting perform squat exercises for effective muscle building.
4. Do weight lifting after completing squat routines. Do 10-30 reps; take rest after 10 reps.
5. For muscle building squatting is the best exercise and hence you must use as much weight as possible for this.
Squat exercise is also mentally tough exercise as compared to other physical exercises.
By following the above tips for muscle building you could gain muscle mass at a rapid rate. They are also important during weight training and for developing muscle mass.
For achieving weight loss, weight lifting is a better alternative as compared to dieting or aerobic exercises.
