Milk helping your beauty
Take one piece of cotton wool, dip it in milk, and then apply it on your face for half an hour. This will enhance your skin quality with softness and smoothness. At bedtime apply a mixture of two tablespoons of milk and one teaspoon of salt on your face for better result.
For lightening of complexion grind of couple of almonds in milk, and apply on the face at night. For brightening of dull complexion a thick mixture of two tablespoons of milk powder with sufficient hydrogen peroxide is needed. To improve the dark and dull complexion, soak Bengal gram overnight. The following morning grind and mix the paste with a pinch of turmeric powder as well as few drops of lime juice. For light and bright complexion, one tablespoon of milk mixed with one teaspoon each of orange juice, carrot, and melted honey is good.
For excellent protection against the dry and blemished skin, one tablespoon of gram flour mixed with large pinch of turmeric powder, one fourth teaspoon of orange peel powder, one teaspoon of milk, as well as that of curd is good solution. For soft and smooth skin, grind one fourth teaspoon of chironji and mix the paste with one fourth teaspoon of each of milk and curd, and apply it.
Another solution for soft and smooth skin is made with one fourth teaspoon each of watermelon, gourd, and cucumber grinded and the paste mixed in milk. There is also a solution to lighten and brighten the skin as well as improve the blood circulation. One teaspoon is green gram is fried in one teaspoon of olive oil till it is reddish, then, grind and add milk to the paste.
For fair skin, grind a small piece of sandalwood along with milk to get the paste, mix with one fourth of teaspoon of turmeric powder. For itching and other skin blemishes, one teaspoon of yellow mustard needs to be grinded and the paste mixed with a tablespoon of milk cream.
For improving dry and rough skin you need to gather two tablespoons of milk cream plus one teaspoon of almond oil, plus few drops of rose essence. Keep this paste on the face for 15 to 30 minutes before rinsing it off with water. Moreover, in addition to the external use, of glass of milk should be consumed a day for healthy hair, nails, eyes, and teeth, and facial glow.
