Manly veggies enhance manliness and make you faster, better and stronger, alert, happy, and increase your fertility.

The following manly veggies help to increase your manliness.
Spinach…is considered as the best vegetable on earth. It is full of calories and also rich in vitamin A, B9, C, K and E which is good for manhood and also protects you against heart diseases, colon cancer and arthritis.

Tomato…is a good fruit (though we consider it a vegetable) for manhood. It also contains lycopene which fights against prostrate cancer.

Avocado…is also a fruit, considered a vegetable and full of potassium which helps in the function of the brain and enhances manliness.

Brocolli…is a vegetable that a real man should eat. It is full of vitamin C and calcium and also loaded with antioxidants, which fight against cancer.

Black beans…are rich in fiber, which is a cholesterol fighter and when taken with brown rice, it provides, high quality, fat free protein. They also contain antioxidants.

Carrots…are very good resistance to cancer and they contain carotenoids which prevent heart diseases and carrots are also good for your vision.

Walnuts…though not a veggie is good for manliness. They enhance rock hard manliness. Walnuts boost performance up to four hours. They are high in calories and rich in omega3 fatty acids, which help to increase your brain power and protect your cardiovascular system.

Manly veggie recipes:

Cut Zucchini, eggplant and squash into lengthy pieces, grill them with some spices and eat them.

Mike’s manly vegetarian chili:

1 yellow sweet onion
1 leek (chopped lengthwise)
2 bell peppers
2-3 jalapeno pepper seeded
2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 can red kidney beans
1 can great northern beans
1 packet veggie crumples
1 tbs olive oil
Lots of chili powder
2 bay leaves
Salt
Cayenne pepper.

To prepare:
Sauté vegetables in olive oil, when vegetables become soft, add tomatoes, bay leaves and chili powder. Add the beans after 45-60 minutes. After 15 minutes add crumples and salt. Add cayenne. After 10 more minutes, serve with baked potatoes or tortilla chips and cheese.

Well guys! Start eating vegetables; colorful plants are very good for your health. So even if you don’t like vegetables, try to eat green beans, squash and celery, which help to make a man manlier.
