Make Fabulous Salad

Can you think of having food without the tinge of salad? Foods taste so perfect with salad. Good salad is not only tasty but yields sound health as well. Because of fresh and green leaves it is good for health as well. It is always great to sea colourful and fresh salad plate in the dinning table and you will believe me or not but for some seeing salad their appetite level increases.

However, the making of salad needs a bit of preparations as well although there are many ways of making it, depending on the diet habits of different culture. It varies from place to place and region to region but no matter how different they may have but the selection of salad items are same in all corner of the world.

Let’s take from the green vegetables for salad, green colour is ever amazing when it’s about making salad, it just adds the beauty and taste. Take green that are free of discoloration and which is crispy to eat. The perfect is selecting iceberg lettuce and cabbage. Add carrot, onion, chilly, coriander leaves. Tomato is not to be forgotten.

But before making salad please make sure you clean the greens thoroughly in and out so that they don’t have germs and bacteria for your stomach. Cool water is to be used when you wash them. You should store the salad in freeze before serving. By placing a paper towel on the salad will absorb the excess moisture while making it perfect to serve.

If you want to dress salad then you got to serve early as it becomes soggy when it is kept for long time. Much dressing sometimes makes the salad looks ugly and unattractive to eat so avoid doing too much. Green salad is perfect when it is served fresh.
