Low Fat Tropical Fruit Salad

Food is the basic necessary of every living being. If we see everything around us we will reach to the conclusion that every thing is happening because of food. To get healthy and sound body you need to take diet which is rich in nutrients. As healthy diet is key to healthy body, a healthy diet is that which is low in calories and you can cut down calories if you take food with less amount of fats. Eating low fat doesn’t mean you should deprive yourself of dessert. Not even a single physician suggested eating same dessert food daily. There is a huge variety of low fat dessert food. Here follows the recipe of low fat tropical food salad:
Ingredients:
1small size papaya(peeled and sliced)
8-10 Passion fruit(sliced)
1cup pineapple(cut into chunks)
2 mangoes(peeled and sliced)
2 bananas(peeled and round slices)
1star fruit(sliced)
¼ cup of coconut(grated and toasted)
¼ cup of light rum

How to Prepare:
Take a huge bowl.
Mix all the fruits except coconut.
Pour the rum over fruits and mix them thoroughly
Leave it for 30 minutes.
Seasoned the salad with grated coconut.
Serve in desired manner.

As so many ripe and colorful fruits are choose to make the low fat tropical fruit salad it’s important to eat a wide variety to benefit from all the vitamins, minerals and disease-fighting compounds they offer. This kind of tropical fruit salad is beneficial as well as tasty.
