Low Fat Dessert

Men are always busy with work or working out. This doesn’t mean that they can not be diet conscious, or can check out on their intake.

So here is a delicious recipe that can help in the promotion of healthy living and eating. This recipe is simple and fast, and is well worth the time. It is a great recipe for those who want to slim down and remain trim.

Now it is possible to lose weight without losing your mind. Now you can satisfy your carving with this delicious low-calorie dessert.

Here is a brownie, rich in protein and carbohydrate supplements for weightlifters:

Ingredients:

•    4 packs of MET-Rx which is available in any nutrition store.

•    1 cup of whole wheat flour.

•    4 egg white.

•    ¼ cup of wonderslim or ¼ cup of applesauce.

•    1 cup of water

•    2 tsp of vanilla or its imitation

•    1 tbsp baking powder

•    ½  cup white corn syrup

•    ½ cup Hershey’s cocoa

•    ½ tsp salt

•    12 packs of sugar trim

Procedure:

•    Preheat the oven at 350F.

•    Pour the cup of water in a pan and bring to boil. Mix cocoa together with the boiling water until it becomes smooth and no lumps are there. Put it aside and let it cool at room temperature.

•    Pour MET-Rx, sugar twin, whole wheat flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl and mix well. In another bowl, mix corn syrup with cocoa mixture and blend well.

•    Beat egg white in another bowl, until it is fluffy.

•    Now mix all the dry and wet ingredients together and add egg as well. Blend until the batter is smooth and lump free. Spray an 11×15 jelly-roll pan with Pam and spread the dough evenly in the pan. Cook the dough for about 20 minutes till the brownies start to pull away from the side.

•    This will make about forty brownies. Each brownie contains about 122 calories, 21g carbohydrates, 7g of proteins, and an unbelievable amount of fat. That is, only 1g of fat.

•    Enjoy these brownies without any tension of gaining weight. Keep munching while staying fit.
